We wanted a dynamic logo to represent this adventure, because we believe it is capable of visually expressing a constantly evolving emblem, which reflects and welcomes the heterogeneity that is typical of that common horizon that for us is the Pedagogy of Beauty.

The dynamic logo that we created consists of 9 graphic elements, each of which expresses a particular principle of the Manifesto of the Pedagogy of Beauty: Relationship; Listening; Emotion; Exploration; Inclusion; Harmony; Uniqueness; Care; Beauty Ambassadors.

By completing a self-assessment questionnaire, each Beauty Ambassador will be able to self-assess the intensity with which they embrace each of the nine principles: each grapheme, in fact, can vary in intensity on a scale from 1 to 4, where 1 represents a level of initial adherence to the given principle, and 4 represents a full integration of the principle into the educator’s educational practice.

The intensity of each principle is visually indicated through the change in tone in the individual graphic elements, from softer tones (1) to more vivid tones (4). The final logo resulting from the questionnaire, assigned to each Ambassador, is an almost unique combination of the variations of the 9 graphemes (the possible results are thousands!).

The logo is never static, but transforms based on the self-assessment and growth path of the educator, offering an image that can be read as a symbol of the areas of strength and opportunities for improvement. For the same reason, it can undergo changes over time, through a new compilation of the questionnaire.

The assigned badge, in fact, in addition to representing the current state, intends to inspire the educator to continue on his or her path of growth and improvement, encouraging continuous development in line with the values ​​of the Manifesto, also leveraging the synergies that can be triggered at a territorial level and beyond: this aspect is facilitated by the mapping of the trainers adhering to the Manifesto.
